Made in USA. Fits beneath tailgate extending out from rear sill to be flush with gate for a nice finished look. Evens up the tailgate for a better profile. Extended pan does not come to the bottom of the rear fender, (see picture of louvered one below) If using license box the original rear sill needs cut out, cut out area will be covered by pan. Easy to install and good choice if bed is already painted as it can be bolted on.

Fits LATE 1950 thru 1972 step side short beds, includes the side panel to fender and if or if not the side panel replaces the lower bed extension, etc,
