USA made. Tailgate latch Concealment Kit is designed to keep your tailgate latched with no visible slides or knobs.
Spring loaded pins are mounted inside the tailgate roll to give a smooth custom look.
Comes with Latch pin catch and spring loaded latch pin.
NEW ITEM, this one pops in and out, the difference is the little pin goes into a catch instead of a hole. It is spring loaded so holds until it is pulled out. Ours the pin goes into a hole and you have to pull the pin back with the little thumb handle before it will open. This would NOT be advisable for "loose" gates.

1950 TRUCK BEDS CHANGED MID YEAR. 

1950 EARLY Series: still had steel floor, curved stake pockets and embossed bed sides.

        Many of the 50-Early bed pieces fit back to 42.

1950 LATE Series: had new wood floor, rectangular stake pockets and smooth bed sides (no embossing).

        Many of 50-Late bed pieces continued to fit Flare-side beds through 53-6 series and beyond.
