Cable controlled, easy to use, the original firewall mount style is no longer available. This is the best alternative we could find, installs in heater hose also used in a/c in line, cable controlled

originally water control on some heaters was simply under hood but that is nasty as you have to open hood to get heat on a cold morning then later in the afternoon when things heat up and the hot water is still going through the heater, there you are, opening the hood to turn it off, yuck.

Run cable inside to one of the stock heater under-dash brackets, or use up an existing hole in dash you might not be using, like throttle or choke.
