Plate, gasket and all bolts. This plate adapts the smaller (newer or aftermarket style) top plate to the larger (original style) hole and bolt pattern.
TIP: With some senders and adapters you might have to remove the top plate, put the unit through the adapter ring first as the bottom mechanism may be too large to go through the adapter ring hole. Be very careful as the top insulators must be reassembled in the correct way or the unit will not work. Note the insulator (square plastic) goes through the top plate so no metal touches.
