These are easy to mix up, make sure you check to see if you need right or left and double check before installing, remember YOU are in the DRIVER seat when deciding which is LEFT (DRIVER) and which is RIGHT (PASS)

Teardrop washer has indexing knurl, one is larger than the others, so it will go on correctly. Make sure to consult our picture to install correctly, flip the washer over and locate the correct larger spot on the post, note that the post is also a LEFT or RIGHT.
over the years I have seen the wrong post be installed as someone just grabbed one off of a window and installed it, if you are having trouble this may be the case.
