These are sold my most rod shops as billet aluminum, HOWEVER I DO NOT CONSIDER THEM FINISHED. Take a good look at the pictures. The arm and blade is aluminum but NOT polished or burnished. It can be polished or sanded for a better look I think. They are not too expensive for aluminum however so a great place to start. Careful as others do sell as finished.
