Make sure you order for the correct column, this is a precision machined piece and fits the column EXACTLY, chrome and powder coated columns are a hair larger than the steel and polished aluminum, therefore the differences. Personally I would advise getting the larger one anyway on steel as you will no doubt get it powder coated or painted with a half dozen coats and a protective coating.

The 4657-A20 has a 51mm swivel hole. The 4657-20 has a 52mm swivel hole.
